Consultation process:
- Please stay in your car when you arrive for your appointment. Bring your mobile with you. Make sure the cat is in the cage, and the dog is on the lead
- Call the clinic reception when you arrive on 09 250 0555. Reception will give you further instructions.
- Have your Vaccination Pass ready for verification if you are here for an appointment.
- Wear mask when you approach the clinic, scan the QR code near the entrance and use the hand sanitizer at the reception.
- If you have a Mask Exemption, please tell the staff when you ring the clinic on arrival.
- (For fully vaccinated clients) Once we verify your Vaccine Pass and complete a few COVID related screening questions, one family member is welcome back into our consult rooms with your pet.
As a condition of entry, please wear a mask, scan QR code at check-in and follow safe social distancing - (For unvaccinated clients) A staff member will come and collect the pet from outside, maintaining a safe social distance. The vet will examine your pet and will call the owner to discuss your concerns and plan diagnostics and treatment.
An EFTPOS terminal will be bought out for you to pay or you can pay by credit card over the phone. PayWave is available.
Your pet will be delivered back to you with the medications - If you have cold or flu like symptoms, have a cough, have been in contact with a person who has COVID-19, or you are self-isolating, please let us know in advance. We can still see your pet but prefer someone else to bring your pet to the clinic if possible.
Consults may take longer, so be patient. We reassure you that your pet will get their usual treats and loving attention, while in the consult.
Telemedicine including Zoom consults, by prior arrangement, can be organised while you and your pets are at home
